April 2022- Close to where I live, and I really didn't want to drive across town. Stopped in at 11 to inquire about a heartworm test. The staff was friendly upon entry. There's an initial fee before an appointment is made which exceeded a heartworm test. We went to McLendon and were taken care of. October 2024 - They have the highest neuter charge out of top 12 vets called. Best options with great reviews: Compassion Pet, Tidmore, Alberta Vet, and May. Again, they were very polite over the phone. I know the staff doesn't have a say in the prices.

The facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly. My Lucy girl is always in the best hands there. I love that I can go back with her while she is being examined and to be able to have a conversation about her care/treatment plan with her Dr. without feeling rushed. They truly care.

Dr. Wagenheim is extremely gentle, kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I love that he takes his time to keep me informed about my puppy, Mr. Puff and listens to every detail, when I have a concern. His staff is fabulous as well. Everyone there makes you feel at ease, at home and welcome.
