It takes forever to get a visitor badge at the main desk at the 5th Ave Lobby because lines can be long, especially on weekends. Nice lobby, perfect area for waiting for a ride after visiting someone, having an appointment or being discharged from the hospital. In fact, this entrance is open 24/7, unlike other entrances that are open during certain times of the day. Staff and security are very helpful and professional and direct you to where you want to go.
There’s only one secretary checking in guests and it’s takes 30 minutes to see somebody upon arrival!!!!!!!!
My husband was sent there for some testing and I have to say that everyone there are very professional.
