Our annual exam with Dr. Jaxson and Vet tech (Elma?) was the best experience. Dr. Jackson was SO thorough and patient and kind! It was so refreshing to find compassionate vet care here in McKinney. The clinic itself was clean and spacious, modern and comfortable. I am genuinely so happy to have found such a caring team for my dog.

380 West is always fantastic! From the front desk to the techs and the vets, we always have a wonderful experience. They are honest and do not recommend services or vaccines just to upsell. In fact, they have advised me to wait on a service for a few years because it was not worth the risk of anesthesia at this time to my dog.

Great animal hospital. Brought my puppy here for a vaccine. She didn't yelp or cry when she got the shot. The staff were very friendly. I did not feel like I was rushed. They also answered all my questions as well (I had a lot).
