I visited this immediate care clinic on January 21, 2026 for UTI symptoms and paid a $45 copay. I only chose this clinic because it was the only one open at that hour. They performed a urine test but refused to prescribe antibiotics and instead told me to go to the ER. I left in significant pain without any help and had to see my primary care doctor the next day. Then I was diagnosed with a straightforward UTI and treated immediately with antibiotics. Despite receiving no treatment and only a basic urine test, I was later billed $860 for two lab tests($430 each). My insurance company confirmed that the clinic billed above the allowed amount and that I should be refunded. I went to Urgent care in My. Prospect for a dog bite. I was greeted by Med. asst. Riya. She was very professional, nice smile, very efficient getting me in & out of the facility within an hour. Also she was very quick getting me a refund back cuz I had to use my credit card cuz I didn’t have my ins. card at the time. I’m very satisfied with her customer service & u should be very proud of her. Thank u for the great service of both the nurse & Riya!!!

In and out with great care! The check-in was quick, the wait time was short, and the provider was knowledgeable and attentive. Exactly what you want from an urgent care. No appointment needed,you can just walk in. The head of the facility Sunni was amazing he gave me a off for my copay.

I came in on Saturday around 5 after being bitten by my dog, and the experience was great. The young women at the front desk took really good care of me and were very kind and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely come back here for any medical issues.

This urgent care exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth, the facility was very clean, and the staff was incredibly professional. The medical provider explained my condition thoroughly and answered all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. Excellent service overall.
