I can’t say enough great things about the Falls 2kDental! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by a friendly and professional team that truly makes you feel comfortable. They are absolutely wonderful and incredibly easy to work with! What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their patients. They take time to explain everything clearly, answer questions thoroughly! Coming from just having a Full mouth extractions last week! Called a few times, they got me right in! This place is the most amazing dental office, you guys made me so happy and feel so confident about my smile!! I feel 17 again. Dr Shingler is the best thing that has happened to me in 2025 and it just keeps getting better!! I use to hate even scheduling dental work and now I look forward to my appointments. He is attentive, caring, professional and ensure that you get the best care every time you’re in his chair. I will never go to another dentist and feel so thankful me and my family found Dr Shingler and his staff!

If I could leave zero stars I would, but I’ll dedicate the 1 start to the receptionist Nicki. She was the only pleasant part about that place. She made me feel seen and comfortable but unfortunately it was lead into the lions den… I came in for 3 extractions that were causing me pain and ended up leaving with more extracted than expected. I asked several times what were going to be extracted and my question confirmed each time yet in a dodgy way kind of like being conned. Ultimately 2 of the teeth that I came in for are still in my mouth, and teeth I was not having any issues with got extracted. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dentist. Especially one who wants to pull teeth instead of saving them… I will not be coming back and yes I’m a woman on color. It seems

This is my first time trying a new dentist after a bad one for years and wow was I impressed. The office staff was so welcoming, the environment was very put together and comforting and I never once felt unsure or anxious. My dentist was amazing and even had a spot open to fill my cavity on the same day they found it! All the staff seem super friendly and attentive and I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you!
