With Dr Uzor joining the practice, She’s made this practice feel at home for us whenever we were there. She follows up with us on all tests results like no other Doctors ever did. She’s very thorough, professional, answers all our questions and never pushed anything we didn’t want on us. She’s the best. We love Dr Uzor.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 24/7 Pediatrics has been an absolute lifesaver. The staff is kind, patient, and truly cares about the kids and parents they serve. We were seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and the environment was welcoming and clean. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place open around the clock with professionals you can trust. Highly recommend to any parent looking for dependable, compassionate pediatric care.

This pediatric office is an absolute joke. They advertise 24/7 care, we called several times with no answer. It left me with no choice but to drive there but when I arrived needing assistance for my sisters newborn who is an existing patient, the office was completely deserted—no doctors, no staff, not even a receptionist. Katrina from the beach location said if we needed ANYTHING to call this location. The only person there was a cleaner (car shown in the picture) who obviously couldn’t help with anything. Dr. Jada and Pediatric Care Centers was amazing I called at 757pm and got first appointment the next morning for my daughter! Dr. Jada was thorough and super friendly. Usually my 2 year old doesn’t like people she doesn’t know but she felt very comfortable with her.

The office always has my daughter wait, and today was no different. We arrived at 9:30 AM and didn’t get called back until 10:15, even though other families who arrived after us were taken in first. I understand that things happen and schedules can get backed up, but acknowledging people’s time is important. On top of that, when I mentioned the situation, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional. This really shows a lack of customer service.
