Dr. Vong is great. Very helpful but does not use a lot of technology for his exams. This review is based on the customer service we received. The 2 women working are rude and not very helpful. They have an attitude of arrogance and entitlement. This place also only carries very old versions of eye glass frames. Dr Vong is great but buy your frames and glasses somewhere else.

My kids loved the eye Dr because he explained everything to us in a detailed manner he is very knowledgeable and knows his work plus the office staff is amazing too. We will be coming back thank you

Highly recommend. He takes his time to explain what is going on. I dont feel rushed in and out like most places. His staff is very helpful and so nice.

Dr. Vong is extremely passionate and kind. He has invested in state of the art technology that can detect issues in the eye years in advance. It is evident he genuinely cares about his patients and it reflect in his consistent demeanor. Patient for over 15 years. ***updating review as of 2025 Dr. Vong continues to paradigm his passion for what he does. I came in because I had some concerns regarding headaches and eye strain. Dr. Vong thoroughly reviewed and explained my eye scans with me. Thankfully there was nothing major going on and he eased my concerns. There was an additional reading and computer prescription needed aside from my normal prescription which is already helping resolve the issue. Lifelong patient and friend with Dr. Vong. He genuinely cares and that is evident!
