I chose 20/20 Eye Club Optometry specifically for their great selection of Lindberg frames, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Beyond the great selection, the overall experience was perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the place. The entire team, from reception to the specialists, showed great courtesy and professionalism. What I appreciated most was the complete absence of high-pressure sales when choosing lenses and treatments. Everything was explained to me clearly, without ever pushing me to make a purchase. This is a very respectful and refreshing approach. I highly recommend this establishment!

Very Disappointing Experience for a $700 Purchase I had a very disappointing experience at this store after paying nearly $700 for a customized Lindberg frame. Given the price point and the brand, I expected professional guidance and attentive service—but unfortunately, I received neither. From the beginning, the saleswoman offered zero suggestions and appeared impatient throughout the entire process. When selecting colors for a customized frame, I expected her to provide advice based on her experience, especially since this is not a small purchase. Instead, she gave no input at all. I had to repeatedly ask her to show me mock-up views of the frame with the color I picked, and each time she did so reluctantly and impatiently. Awful glasses gave me bad headaches. they refused to correct. After consulting with another optometrist, they used binocular pupillary distance instead of monocular pupillary distance, which led to frame decentration of 3.5 delta. A good optometrist would have caught this.

I accidentally broke the frame of my glasses. I brought them to the store for repair. In less than 15 minutes, they fixed my glasses, and the frame was restored to its original position. I am very grateful for their assistance and highly recommend their service.
