Dr Burdick is awesome! He takes his time with each patient, and is great with people of all ages. My kids grew up seeing him and now I take my 80 year old mother-in-law there. Front desk staff has changed over the years and that’s never been an issue for me, so I am surprised there are negative reviews. The main person is the doctor and you can’t do better than Dr. Burdick!

Shocked 3.8 rating! No way. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Burdick. He's a wonderful optometrist! very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, truly cares about his patients, & fantastic with children!!!!! His staff has always been very helpful, respectful, & kind. Friendly & comfortable atmosphere.

Very friendly & helpful staff! Love this place my son is 6 and he’s wasn’t disregarded at any point. They made sure to talk directly to him so that he understood his appointment I loved that! Great place!

Needs a lot of work on customer service still. People in the front area gave out wrong info on my daughters appt and glasses on when they would be in. And when u ask them a question,they give u smart remarks ,not very friendly. Thought it would be better the next time but nothing changed.
