1st Family Dental of Arlington

I usually loved this place but the last visit was bad my son was screaming in pain and he never does that and all they did was forcefully hold him down and hes only 6 . I wish they were more patient with him and let the anesthesia kick in more. Also after they pulled the roots out they didn’t give me any after care information I had to go up to the desk and get it myself and extra gauze which isn’t normal. They definitely rush because of how many patients they have my other son who’s 9 had a pleasant experience with the nurse. I do like this place just needs to listen and have a little more patience.

Such a lovely staff at the front desk especially! Very supportive and helpful as well as the whole dental staff team at this Arlington Heights location. I recently moved and was happy to find a close by location with an awesome atmosphere.. Pleasure to meet them and happy to be a part of their dental family! My cleaning was done so well by the dental assistant she definitely took her time on me but also didn't keep me in the chair for too long! Pleasant experience and highly recommend this awesome location! FIVE STARS!!!

Everyone there is very professional and friendly. Staff answered all of my questions and provided great treatment options. All my services that were provided were handled in an excellent and thorough manner! Thank you 1st Dental Office for your excellent services!

If you want beautiful clean teeth then go to 1st family dental in mount prospect. Also, ask for Marwah Gorgis. She does an excellent job every time. I've been her patient for years now and never been disappointed. She takes pride in her work which is hard to find these days.

The ladies in the front super friendly and big smiles, its a busy office so be there early. Got my treatment and i know it was bad news but regardless came back and got some treatment by Honey great Hygenist..Love Honey, she is the best. So honest and very positive took her time doing my treatment good vibes!
