1st Choice Urgent Care of Dearborn WEST

Went here last Thursday around 5 PM and was seen within the hour. The worker, Sierra, was extremely kind and was gentle with giving me my shots! She made the experience worthwhile and not dreadful. Clean, professional, and caring. Recommend anyone to come here if they're in need of service asap.

Super fast in getting us back and seeing the PA. My 6 year old stepped on a stack of staples that went through his foot. Zainab the PA who seen him and the front desk staff were extremely kind and made him feel comfortable. He’s afraid of shots and ended up needing a tetanus shot, he was given tons of reassurance which thankfully made the process go smooth with no tears. Zainab listened to him when it came to cleaning the puncture wound, she explained what she was doing every step to him which again made him feel more comfortable and she also joked around with him which put him at ease. A great visit for our first time. We usually visit a different Urgent Care but I don’t get off until 8pm and the other one closes at 8pm. Thankfully, 1st Choice is open until 9pm. Front desk nkt friendly. Felt like i was bothering her. Whomever got me to a room never introduced himself or shared my vitals. The PA/dr i saw was friendly, informative and thourough

Doctor Ali is one of the best at first choice urgent care and so are his staff. He has always helped me to with situations that others have not be able to treat or help with, he's a super knowledgeable doctor and very friendly and caring. I highly recommend him and this urgent care!

I took my 2-year-old to this urgent care after a small accident that required stitches, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how kind and gentle the staff were. They took such good care of my son, and made the experience as easy as possible. The cost was also very reasonable, especially since we were traveling from out of state with out insurance.
