1st Choice Urgent Care of Dearborn EAST

Hello All & I'm back to spill so good old tea about 1st Choice Urgent Care-East😉! From start to finish my experience was simply FABULOUS!! My visit started with a call to confirm that my concern could be taken care and I had the pleasure of speaking with Selina and her tone and concern was truly appreciate as my first contact. Well I got to the urgent care and I was greeted with the same pleasant smile and voice I heard ☺️ she got all my information and my wait was long at all. When I was called back the nurse Kierra was just as welcoming and pleasant! Me and my mom recently came to this urgent care for the first time and the staff was amazing. The medical staff named Kierra who assisted us was very nice and patient with us and had a positive energy throughout the visit. The PA was also very kind and was reassuring to me and my mom. Overall amazing experience at this urgent care. Would definitely recommend!

I was greeted☺️. There were only 2 ppl in lobby. I completed online paperwork. And went straight back. Doc was nice and sent script to pharmacy of my choosing. It was early so I was looking for one that was close to me but 24hrs. Got in got out and home within an hr of me leaving my home. 24 hrs so was the reason I went to this location vs my usual urgent care. Great job staff.

Brought my daughter in to get seen. Staff were friendly and polite. Wait time was less than 30 minutes so we were in and out pretty fast. The plus was they use the pharmacy right across the street Which made everything real convenient. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

This urgent care is amazing, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The nurse who gave me the shots was so kind and gentle I didn't even feel them. l asked for her name and I believe it was Jodi or Jori. The doctor was also very understanding and took great care of me. I highly recommend this place. 🙌
