I love our experience today with our nurse very attentive and she was thorough. I appreciate that she tells us what she's doing as she is doing it and letting us know what our vitals are. Dr. Crandall was awesome as always and diagnosed us and knew exactly what we are going through and how to manage it. You guys are awesome!

So much better than the other urgent care in town. We were in and out so quick and the staff was kind and considerate of our time. They took very good care of our sick little girl and had a prescription called in before we even got into the car.

The clinic was clean with a welcoming receptionist. I only waited about 30 minutes even though it was a Saturday. The medical assistant and provider were kind and listened to my health concerns. The provider then proposed a treatment while asking for my feedback. It was a great experience.

Follow-up for a nagging cough. I was back in an examination room within a few minutes, vitals taken and visiting with the doctor. I never felt rushed or reduced to a number. The doctor remembered my previous visit, and after a quick exam, he recommended a more powerful prescription and I was on my way to the drugstore. The entire visit was about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Both times we’ve went in only one provider was working. Our first visit we waited an hour and half. On our last visit we waited over 2 and a half hours to be seen. Thats a long and difficult wait for very sick kids. The receptionist was kind and helpful, and our provider Hillary (on our second visit) was exceptional. It’s just very hard to have those kind of wait times. Update: my husband was seen over the weekend and diagnosed with pneumonia. I called Monday to get a doctors note for him to send to work and school and the woman on the phone told me “I might not be able to remember to do that for you.” I tried to problem solve through the issue and see if there wasn’t some solution we could come up with, but ultimately she told me the provider who my husband saw very rarely comes to that
