I went in for a DOT physical and they charged and I paid at the time of service $214.00. All good and dandy, I needed a service, they were able to provide that service. Three months later I get a late bill for $20, They hit you for an additional $20 a Urine analysis, which is part of any DOT Physical., they are just nickle and dimming you. So just beware, the front desk is going to say you are paid up, but they will hit you with a late payment in a few months. Good luck.

I just was seen by Flin. He was absolutely amazing! He listened to everything I had to say and was so meticulous. He diagnosed exactly what was wrong with me in a matter of minutes and had a treatment plan exactly tailored to what I needed. If you need medical care in Blackfoot he is the one to go to.

Its so nice to find a clinic that truly care for their patients. Absolutely amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly but Flinn is the best!
