Incredible healer on every level! Sure she’s trained as a physical therapist but Jen has mastery of every aspect of the human experience and how they are all intertwined - especially mental fitness and its relationship to pain science. She makes miracles happen (but she would say it’s science) - I can’t recommend her enough!

As a competitive gymnast, my daughter often has soreness but when a hard fall resulted in an ankle and tailbone injury, Jen was instrumental in her quick recovery. Jen was able to help restore her flexibility and mobility with fewer visits. Jen’s insights of pain science also helped my daughter move past the fear of the injury and aided in her recovery. I would absolutely recommend Jen to anyone who is struggling with pain so that they too can do the things they want to do and do them well.
