The employees are so nice , helpful and respectful. Is been 2 years since I started with this pharmacy. I give them 100 🌟⭐ review

Even though their sign says closes at 5pm on Saturdays they closed at 3pm on May 25, 2024 while I was at the register making my purchase. I was informed once 3pm hit the sales person couldn’t continue with my purchase as they have closed. I was a bit taken back as the store closes normally at 5pm on Saturdays. But he insisted that the owner called and told him to close all operations causing everyone online or making a purchase to leave. This is beyond unprofessional and false advertising as their sign also says closes at 5pm.

Been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now. My mom loves their service. I like that they remember you. They have a large inventory to choose from. Especially, for the neighborhood they are servicing. The pharmacists are always professional. Unlike other pharmacies, when you get your prescription filled, ALL your prescriptions are FULLY filled. No coming back later in the week, because they owe you. The store is clean, and the atmosphere is a lot better, than most stores on Webster Ave.

They only care about their Spanish speaking clients . There’s been numerous times I’ve went in to get something notarized & ive watched them help 3 Spanish speaking clients & when it was my turn the guy told me that is a service they don’t offer there. Also my grandmother has gone her to use her otc car & the worker has either over charged her account , or tells her that the machine is down when yet again they have helped other clients because they speak Spanish or look like they do. Aside from those things those things the pharmacist is very nice and professional.

I know is good personal but nobody smiles at me you don't feel the human contact is a little depressing
