Dr Lazar did my surgery on December 24th and it was a pleasant experience. She is very nice and compassionate. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and made what would have been a very anxious experience to a very positive experience I would definitely see her again and highly recommend her

I bike to my doctor’s appointment because I live in the city, I don’t always have access to a car, it’s healthy to ride my bike, walking takes way too long, and SEPTA is unreliable. I’ve always parked my bike in the one spot I can - on these railings (pictured). The other day I showed up and saw that no bike parking on the railings is allowed, with no provided alternative. How does this make any sense?

My mom came here in Oct 20 2023 for blood due to her anemia (4.8 hemoglobin), sat there all day, was told you guys couldn't give her blood because of cold antibody. You told her to come back the next day. She died the morning she was supposed to come back. She was my only immediate family. Are you all capable of doing your jobs? Do y'all even care? Wishing you all the worst! If I could give negative stars I would. If I could pray/wish you all went through the same thing, I would but unfortunately life's not like that. Close down or do better, but I'm more confident that the first one can be done.

I had a deeply upsetting experience at my recent appointment. The medical assistant and the doctor were highly unprofessional and clearly in need of customer service training. I’ve never left a doctor’s office feeling so heartbroken and humiliated. The doctor showed no empathy whatsoever, and I could even hear him whispering to the receptionist about what happened in the exam room! which felt like a clear violation of my privacy. The only redeeming part of the visit was the professionalism shown by the receptionist and the Black woman with short hair and beautiful nails! they were respectful, kind, and the only staff members who acted professionally during my visit. I appreciated receiving a refund, but the emotional toll of this experience should never happen in a healthcare setting. Pat

I had my husband here 1300 Wolfe Street so disrespectful the nurses. When you go to hospice you're supposed to remain calm I walked in he was gasping for air he was turning gray. You're supposed to be sedated while you're pissing away. I lost my husband of 43 years of marriage my best friend who Thomas Jefferson Hospital killed. I want to kiss my husband and a nurse came behind me and stuck her finger in my face tell me to get away from him and I told her to get your finger out of my face this is my husband a 43 years. Started to walk away and she walked back and put her finger back in my face again I told her to walk out now. My husband's eyes were slain it open looking at me and I'm watching my husband pass away. I want to go get the social worker she put everybody in the lunchroom and s
