I was here for a Cat Scan and Ms. Barbara was an absolute amazing technician. Ms. Barbara explain everything to the last detail which was greatly appreciated. First and foremost the front deck did Awesome. The system was down as Microsoft is having issues. Did that stop I apologize I didn't get her name. Whoever she is she was on point. Getting everyone registered the old fashion way with paper. You know that stuff you use to write letters, notes and messages. All you techy people can learn from a professional and she is definitely that. Thanks to Ms. Barbara for making me comfortable during my procedure.

My experience at 111 Madison ave has always been positive from the technicians being accommodating enough to add a patient for a CAT scan last minute to simply taking a walk in x-ray on so many occasions; like what has been done that for me. Although I live 5 minutes away from Saint Barnabas, I always prefer AHS to address my needs. The front desk staff are always friendly and courteous, they are attentive and no matter how stressful it can be to deal with a not-so pleasant patient, they continue to hold a smile and be warm.

Super helpful and responsive staff. They were easy to reach over the phone regarding billing questions and answered my question within 2 minutes. Also, they proactively offered a CD of the imaging performed upon my visit. In and out visit.

This place is horrible for X-rays. They tell you it’s a walk in and you cannot schedule appts and if doctors are waiting for X-rays on their patients they will take all those patients first. You can wait hours for your turn although you can’t schedule ahead and it’s not a first come basis! Ridiculous, and I’ve never seen such an operation run this way.
