Everyone was very personable, friendly and polite. They went through what would be happening, making sure I understood. And allowed me to make the choice. Never felt the injections (that see the novacaine though, yuck! Lol!) the procedure was completed in less time than it took for the novacaine to lock in. Highly recommend; had tried to book with the "place" down the road, but they were so unprofessional. You definitely feel like you've become part of family at 104th Family Dental

I will not go back to this office. I have had nothing but issues since I’ve started going to them, 5 or so years ago. Only reason why I’ve stayed is because of my hygienist, Rachel. I was supposed to have a tooth filled and couldn’t because they claimed my insurance wasn’t active. I looked up both of my policies and they’re BOTH active. Train your people correctly.

This is a very nice facility. The environment is welcoming and the front desk staff are very friendly. The tech that did my xrays and cleaning was very thorough. Actually the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Loved my Dentist… personable, explained my dental needs and made sure I had my questions answered. There was no pressure to make a quick decision on how and when to proceed.

The office itself is in a good location. It's very clean and nicely decorated, gives a lux feel. The front desk people are very friendly and as are MOST of the employees there. Staff seems to possibly turnover at a high rate however. I've never seen the same face more than once. To be clear, I'm not the patient but my 10 year old daughter is. When I initially called around to find a dentist I was desperate to find a female dentist and an office who was "sensory and kid friendly" as my daughter is autistic and only wanted a female. I was assured over the phone they would be more than happy, capable and accompanying for our needs. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. All they have been willing to do was clean her teeth.
