Great office! Friendly service and a caring provider. Dr Chris and his team provide competent care. From the first visit, Dr Chris listen to my concerns and an x-ray was taken. On my Next visit, my images were reviewed and questions answered. I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. I was having frequent headaches and pain in my arms and numbness in my fingers and toes. I also have polyarthritis. I am happy to say that my symptoms are much better in just two short months. I recommend Dr Chris and his team for neck and shoulder issues as well as concerns with the spinal column.

The staff was Great very accommodating when it came to scheduling my appointments. The bathroom was always clean there's always wipes to clean the machines. Great experience after being in a accident it nice to be able to have a great TEAM to get you better.

I went to 100% chiropractor clinic in Charlotte, NC off mallard creek road. I purchased the 1 year program up front for $6,970.01. I told Dr. Ben at the time that if he left I would terminate my services and was told it was refundable for the unused portion. I canceled my services on May 27, 2024 and Makayla at the front desk informed me that I would get a refund around $3000 and it could be more or less. She also told me that it would take up to 90 days for receive the refund. It is almost 2 months past the 90 days when I was supposed to receive my refund and I keep getting the run around. I need some assistance any way I can get it. Please help me. I do not recommend this place as this is not the first review about this kind of issue.

I love their team! Everyone in this office is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being! I highly recommend for quality chiropractic care in the area. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Did the $49 special knowing there was something up with my back that needed fixing along with a slew of other issues that cropped up. I was always afraid to get work done to my back but because of the X-rays and full presentation of what is up with you and why their services can help, they explain everything to put you at ease. My spine is all out of whack so I signed up and I am not disappointed! So far Dr Ben and his entire team have taken such great care of me!
