Referred a patient to their PCP for a medication dosage that the doctor very much could have prescribed himself. This shows that he is not fully committed to helping his patients to the fullest extent a doctor is responsible for. I personally found this to be distasteful as someone who is going to enter the medical field soon as well. Seems like lousy behavior from someone who should be looking out for his patients.

I agree with the comment that staff being nice and kind. I assisted my father to this place for several years. However, the front staff needs to be trained with the proper knowledge to answer the medical related (document) questions by the patient. Whenever I visited the office, I encountered the new face which gives me the vibe of a frequent overturn employee rate. After years of committed visit to this place, my father and I were told with the false information about the referral by the staff and the doctor does not seem to care about fixing the problem. He just said sorry and there's nothing he can do other than revisit the office to get examine again to get the NEW referral. Not a great professionalism.

For the past 3 years, Dr. Kim has been so caring about my concerns with patience and informative about the questions that patients may have. All staff are kind and professional.

I am a new patient. I was there yesterday. Dr. Kim is so professional, listens to the patients questions and is considerate. If I could have given him a ten star, I would have. The staff welcomed me with kindness and efficiency.
