Which is honestly what they have exuded each & every time that I've had the pleasure of walking into one of their many locations. From the fabulous door greeters, to the friendly & considerate reception staff, to the knowledgeable & passionate techs & specialists. They all made me feel so welcome & comfortable. At your East Setauket location this afternoon, I presented for a CT scan with contrast. During the visit, blood was drawn without my consent. I was instructed to leave the room and wait next door, which I refused, and only then asked what the blood was for. I was told it was to check kidney function, despite the fact that I had already completed recent labs with my provider for this purpose. Additionally, the volume drawn was more than “a few drops.” I am very concerned by this practice. Consent was neither requested nor obtained prior to drawing my blood. This is the first time I have encountered a radiology facility drawing blood without explicit consent and without a corresponding charge or explanation beforehand. I had an excellent experience at Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology. The person I spoke with on the phone was not only incredibly helpful but also funny and genuinely cared about my situation—going above and beyond to get me scheduled in a serious time crunch. The front desk receptionist was pleasant and efficient, making check-in easy. Both the MRI and X-ray techs were professional, friendly, and did a great job easing my nerves during procedures that are never fun. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with showed compassion, professionalism, and real dedication to patient care. Highly recommend.

I've been here multiple times in the past 10 years and it's always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and explains everything and every step before they do anything. It's the only place I go because I get great results and great experiences every time. They always make you feel very comfortable and that's important to a lot of patients.
