Zudans Eye Vero

I recently was diagnosed with cataracts by Dr. Val Zudans. He and his team were very polite, understanding, and very professional. I scheduled my surgery at Zudans Eye in Vero. Everything was explained to me and Dr. Zudan’s team was absolutely phenomenal! The procedure was quick and painless. Dr. Zudans is very skilled and a great choice for your ophthalmology needs. Didn’t have a good experience overall. This is an honest review. Double check your billing, not all is clearly disclosed up-front. Ask questions beforehand. Demand receipts. During each visit, the tech did most of the work. They seemed experienced and professional. But the time spent with Zudans was reduced to a brief moment. The front desk staff turnover seems high. Customer service at the reception and billing was quite poor.

Dr. Zudans is knowledgeable, professional and kind. His staff is helpful and efficient. Tiffany was super and very knowledgeable! Dr. Zudans solved a problem with my right eye. The problem has existed and been a nuisance since January 2023. The previous ophthalmologist had told me several times that he didn't see anything.

I have seen Dr Zudans for many years. Today I was seen in the new Vero Beach office. As always, the staff was an A+. Dr Zudans is always patient, caring, and explains everything that is happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Dr Zudans and his amazing team!
