Customer Reviews
I received unbelievably kind empathic care from the whole staff at SF Gen. Was out of work for a respiratory infection, wheezing, out of breath, headache etc. My prescriber Zenelia Roman was gentle in disposition and authentically smiled while conversing seeing how miserable I was. My nurse the day (forget her name) accent, shorter hair, glasses was equally as lovely. Received treatment while there and picked up my script next morning. Thank you to all staff of the SF Gen Hospital! Keep kicking ass!
I called 5 times, and all 5 times they hung up on me, not even listening to my question. My only question was if they do any ultrasound or imaging at urgent care, I know not all of them do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
My education: Riordan high school (rank 3 of 141 - class of 2000) BS university of California Davis (graduate March 2005) MS San Jose state university (Admit 10/2023 $4000 grant) Cert MIT Xpro (admit 6/2024 $200 scholarship)
So, it seems like that 75 million that Zuckerberg donated really did a lot to help better SF General... Except for not. Seems like they just used that funding to add a bunch of artwork, sculptures and tile mosaics. So they made the hospital more beautiful to look at... But it doesn't seem like they made it more functional. Was at urgent care first thing, there was only one patient who got signed in before me... And get it took almost two hours to see a doctor. On a prior occasion I was in the waiting room for the ER for literally six hours before I decided to just go home bc the injury I had had stopped bleeding and was too old to safely do stitches on.
Refused to give me antibiotics or to do imaging of my face when I had an abscess clearly spread to my jaw. I had just had a seizure in the car and couldnt control my facial muscles. They treated me like a room number taking up a bed. I tried using sign language to communicate to them because it hurt too badly to speak and they treated me like a tweaker. I was discharged after several hours of sleeping and taking up a bed with no compassion or real treatment.
