I was really disappointed with my experience here. The advertising states that the massage includes hot stones, and I even asked my masseuse twice during the session if they were going to be used. Both times he said yes, but they were never actually used. When I checked out, they acted like it was no big deal. But if something is advertised and included in the service I’m paying for, it should actually be provided. I had to ask for a small discount, and it was $5 off, which didn’t really make up for the issue. On top of that, the experience itself wasn’t great. The room and the building felt cold, my water started barely warm and quickly turned cold, and the massage itself felt rushed. I was able to walk in and get an amazing 90 minute massage with hot stones and reflexology. It was intense but perfect.

They were amazing easy process walked in and my body feels completely different from head to toe. I didn’t have to explain what hurt they found out what did and move to that spot. I’ll be back next week!

Been here a lot with mostly great experiences. Last two times of 60-90 min massages my feet felt ignored. I thought I bought 60 min back 30 min feet. Also, my guys hands smelled like cig smoke which didn’t relax me during the face portion. Sorry. Wish they’d offered some kind of discount or coupon since I tip well and bring 3-4 people with me.
