The only thing that went well during my visit was how the dental assistant cleaned my teeth. He was very thorough and pleasant. Unfortunately, the billing department was awful. The office is in-network with my dental insurance, yet they neglected to bill everything to my insurance. Instead, they billed me $317 and even added a $9.23 surcharge just for paying them. Since they are in-network, per my insurance I should have only been charged $179. After reviewing the estimate more closely, I noticed they were also attempting to charge me $275 three separate times for a warranty on three teeth. I was told that because I signed a form stating I would be responsible for anything insurance didn’t cover, there was nothing I could do. My advice: get everything in writing and be absolutely sure

I like most people don't enjoy visiting the dentist. But this place has done a great job of hiring people who care. From the moment my family walked inside. We were greeted with friendly smiles and kindness. It's nice to feel at ease in a stressful situation. Tara and Elisa went above and beyond explaining all of my options. Dr. Tanner was amazing and very informative. He had a no nonsense approach. No pushy advice just helping me get to the root of my tooth issue 🙃 Daniel also took his time and gave me so many tips to help improve my situation. You can tell that he enjoys his job and helping people. Whoever is in charge here should know they seem to have a great group of employees. I look forward to my follow up. Thank you again!

I had a great professional and informative visit. They were all very nice to me. They found an oral specialist and assisted in setting up the appointment while I was still in their office. They also made sure my X-rays and records went to the specialist's office to assist in my evaluation and treatment needs. Thanks!

Everyone was very helpful & nice. The gentleman that cleaned my teeth & took x-rays was very gentle & kind. All the staff is friendly. I did have a bad experience. The first set of partials was way to big, second set still to big and missing teeth. I did with out teeth for 2 months. When the 3rd set came in they had to adjust them to fit. The dentist also left apiece of tooth that broke off. He had to do surgery again. They actually over charged. I paid for services i didn't receive.

I can't say enough great things about Zephyrhills Dental. They were recommended to me by a friend when I moved here and I'm sold. Everyone is professional, courteous and simply excellent. Thank you very much to everyone there!
