This staff is the kindest group of people. Each member of this staff treats you like you are their only customer. They have all gone above and beyond to make this "1st time hearing aid" user have a positive experience. Getting hearing aids is a bit intimidating but not here. Ronnie is an awesome guy with tons of patience. He was extremely helpful and takes the time to answer every question I have. He sat and showed me every aspect of my new ears. -Nick

I didn't know where to go to get hearing aids for my parent. An online search helped me find this place. I picked this place for two reasons. One they had very good reviews and also because they accepted a wide variety of insurance. The people working here are genuinely some of the nicest people you will find. They will walk you through the entire process so you dont feel overwhelmed. Once the hearing aids come in, you will get a call. The person who helped my mom today was incredibly paitient, professional and informative. He genuinely was invested in making sure my mom understood how to wear them, how to adjust sounds, change battery. He covered the whole process very calmly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Drove 3 hours to get to the office because they are the only ones who take my son's medical. Got brought back as soon as we arrived, they were so great about understanding that we wouldve been late. Everyone there were total sweethearts, my son was comfortable and felt seen about his issues. 10/10. Will recommend to everyone I can. Thank you for treating us with such kindness. I'll never forget this. ♥️
