Zen Massage - Cornelius, NC

My experience here was wonderful! Kayla is amazing and so accommodating. She asked all of the right questions and you can tell she cares deeply about her clients experience and well-being. Both people that I met at the front desk were great as well. I got this massage as a gift but now I will be returning!

I had the 60 min “focus massage” with Griffin. I very rarely get a massage where I feel like enough pressure is applied. Griffin knocked it out of the park. I walked in with tightness and a headache and walked out feeling very loose. Will definitely see him again!

Everything is top tier and I, along with others, consider myself very particular. Truly relaxing environment, windows are tinted so you feel as though you’ve left the outside world, the aroma is beautiful, staff nice but not overbearing. Also, Brandye in Cornelius? BOOK HER! I’ve been to another location, same wonderful experience but she is the best.

One of the best massage experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was calming, professional, and tailored exactly to what I needed. The therapist took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on all the right areas — I left feeling relaxed, recharged, and totally tension-free. The space was peaceful and clean, with just the right music and atmosphere to help me fully unwind. I truly felt cared for, not just treated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality massage that actually makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back!

This location is very strict on arrival , forms, and cancelation fees. Please be aware if you are running late and call to explain, you will be expected to choose between paying full price for something that would be NOT be a full experience! I acknowledged my mistake, I called as soon as I realized my mistake, I said it would probably be better to cancel and reschedule at this point, I walked in willing to pay the fee, and the receptionist was not the most courteous. No matter how many times I messaged that stating: I think it would be best to cancel and reschedule rather than show up late. It was never truly offered. Yes I understand that forms were sent, but from the time I booked I had not found the time to complete and was reminded that it has to be done before the therapist would eve
