Zen Bodywork and Massage

I was in Anchorage, traveling through , and took a day off from being a tourist. I wanted a massage after lots of winter activity. I am a massage connoisseur! . I read good reviews of ZEN BODYWORK AND MASSAGE and booked an appointment with Sam. WOW!!! He is a very gifted, knowledgeable, and intuitive practitioner. I recommend him highly. One of the best of hundreds of massage treatments (trigger point, alignment, Swedish) I have been lucky to have experienced.

I had an excellent deep tissue massage with Sam. He listened carefully to the issues I was experiencing and explained what he was working on throughout the session. Very professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling more flexible and able to breathe easier. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Sam goes above and beyond the typical massage therapist. He listens and cares about you and finding solutions to the problem. If you like a deep tissue massage then Sam is your guy!

My wife and I have both been going to Sam for the past 4 months or so. Each time my wife and I leave, we feel refreshed and our bodies feel at ease. Sam is very knowledgeable with the different muscles and how they are connected. I had been experiencing calf cramps for the past 4 years or so and after 1 session with Sam, I haven’t experienced a cramp since. I highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a massage therapist.

If you’re feeling heavy, sore, tight this is the place to go to make you feel better. Sam is an excellent massage therapist and his style of massage is the most effective I’ve experienced in Anchorage. If you like a deep tissue style this is definitely the place.
