I got a call from this company saying that they sent me a bill but when I called them back for confirmation of the bill, the representative in the Phillipines said that they couldn't give me the information on the bill unless I gave them my address. I was very suspicious of this so I called the company directly in Las Vegas and the representative at the Las Vegas office said they don't use an overseas company for bill collecting and that my bill had not been sent to a bill collector. I ended up paying my bill directly with the company, which was apparently legit from a surgery months earlier. But the fact that a fake bill collector even got a hold of my information OR that the company sent my bill to a bill collector overseas before I had a chance to properly pay the bill....is all disturb

Had a billing issue at time of service then two years later they are trying to recollect. At the time they stated the billing department would contact me me after they only would communicate by text, never heard from the billing department so thought naturally they fixed the mistake they made that my insurance company pointed out that they did. I've tried calling them and they have no idea have me a number in Missouri contact and have no idea if that is accurate or not, but I'll make sure never to use this provider and if it isn't taken care of soon even though it's been maybe 5 years I'll contact the state medical board

Zen Anesthesia NEVER sent me a bill for my balance and sent me to collections without any notice. After trying to get it resolved for over a year, they said they could not do anything. I am someone who's never missed payments, no debt and excellent credit. Do not trust these people, worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I was specifically dealing with Howie and Linda.

Why can't we give a negative star? this outr fit is crooked as hell. sent two bills for the same amount that we paid in sept. 2023 and then in dec. 2023 for the same amount and never got a refund for the overpayment. they keep harrassing my wife for payment so I filed a complaint with the medical board in nevada.

I have never had a more frustrating experience with a billing dept. Ever. I was never notified by the hospital, the surgeon, or the anesthesiologist that the anesthesiologist did not accept my insurance. I did not choose him. For the last 1 1/2 yrs I have called and written to Zen Anesthesia countless times as has my insurance company and Clark County Risk Management. They are impossible to deal with. Had I known, I would have rescheduled my surgery with a different anesthesiologist who was actually co tracted with my insurance.
