Wonderful dentist. So happy I asked my neighbor (with beautiful teeth) who she sees. We have a ways to go after years of neglect at the previous provider, but I am looking forward to a new mouthguard and proper care moving forward.

Disclaimer: This review is mainly critiquing the business/ professional side of this office, specifically in regards to communication. I genuinely enjoyed my care team, and the bedside manner of both the Dentist and Dental assistant were superb while I had them, though I would have preferred a proper discussion with the dentist post appointment regarding continued care. Went in for a cleaning and establishing care; received extensive xrays, photos and diagnostic tests, and left with appointments made for "deep cleanings," without knowing what that really meant, and no formal documentation regarding any issues, planned treatment, or potential billing. I went to Dr. Z to get a botched filling job fixed. The lounge was well decorated and had reading materials for adults and children as well as toys for children and fun wooden puzzles for adults. The receptionist was highly competent and the dental assistant friendly and thorough. Dr. Z had a calm, pleasant demeanor. There were before and after photos of patients he'd treated on the walls of the "operating room". He was gentle with numbing agent via needle, my least favorite part of any dental visit, and didn't administer too much. I've only seen him once though so I can only give him 4 stars now.

I had an old crown break off and called Dr.Z. It was Friday late afternoon. He called back and said he was out of town but could meet me in his office on Sunday. Who does that anymore? I could have waited longer because it did not hurt, but he wanted to make sure I was okay. I have been going to him for several years now and feel confident in his abilities. I am now scheduled for another implant to correct the work of a previous dentist.

I have received excellent, competent and personal care over 5 years. Very knowledgeable and have helped me become very healthy.
