When I joined this program, I was a little bit nervous, but Dr. Chaudhry relieved me of all my worries. She inquired about all of my lights and dislikes and was able to assist me in choosing the right foods. She took him into consideration, my ethnic background understanding that my dietary likes May have been different. And she also took into account that occasionally enjoyed a nice glass of wine. Dr. Chaudry has been very supportive during my weight loss journey. She is very responsive. Also the GLP 1 injections have helped me focus. The food noise has been reduced but most importantly my relationship with food has changed. I don’t crave food that it doesn’t contribute to my health or my goals. I may like the food but it doesn’t worth it I rather eat something more nutritious. I love cooking healthier versions of my favorite food. Like sugar free and low carb dessert and ice cream, pasta Alfredo with palmini or a burger made from scratch with keto tortilla or keto bread. It’s just a matter of changing the habits. Dr. Chaudry will help you with a lot of advice on how to eat healthier for a lifestyle change rather than a diet.
