This was my first visit and I was really pleased with the great service from the reception desk and Maya, who took my x-rays with kindness and professionalism. She’s terrific. And told me a lot about CandidPro, which I’m interested in. This team is top notch! Kudos Dr. Zak.

My first meeting with Zak Dental in Agoura Hills was amazing. Irene who runs the office and operates the very expensive advanced MRI machine to get detailed AI photos of your entire mouth is the hardest working and kindest lady you will ever meet. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable explaining every step of the way. She expends tremendous energy and empathy towards the patient while providing diagnostics to the dental team. A true asset to the Zak team. Next was the virtual meeting where you sit in a lovely clean dental chair and wait for the scheduling co-ordinator and one of their top dentists who has gone over your Xrays beforehand. Dr. Chung is the best dentist. He is very professional, caring, honest and funny. Office staff are kind and professional. I asked my husband to see Dr Chung from now on. His dentist is in different office.
