Zack Dental is amazing! From the doctors to the staff, everyone is awesome. They are very kind, respectful, and truly care about their patients. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I always feel well taken care of here. shoutout to Marieta the Doctor Assistant and the beautiful super nice lady at the front desk!Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I was trapped here for a few years because of a treatment plan that I had to hound them for. I met with a dentist once virtually and never saw him again. Once I paid for the treatment plan, there were many items that I either never received services for OR had to ask them repeatedly. For example, they charged me for a ridiculous toothbrush they added to my plan and it took the over a month to get it to me because I was asking for a refund since I didn’t even want the dang thing. The continuity of care is pretty atrocious—there were several times I had to call them to ask them about following up. It was tiring to have to advocate for services I had paid for. Just got off the phone with Naomi. She is the most sweetest, kindest receptionist! She answered all my questions and concerns and gave me peace of mind I have been looking for! She was so attentive, kind and nice. Please recognize her work. I was very upset about other dental locations I called to, but Naomi made this process 100 times smoother and better. A++ Naomi!!!! Happy new year ! Excited for my first appointment thanks to her!

The two stars are for the staff alone. Would not recommend this practice or healthcare model. No transparency or continuity of care. This is not patient centered care and honestly felt like a bait and switch. I was not told until after X-rays for the initial exam had begun that it was a virtual dentist initial consultation. It was not mentioned when booking the appointment nor upon check in. Then we were told the "virtual diagnosing doctor" went home sick and wouldn't not be available today after all. The team seemed unaware we were there for orthodontic referral from our dentist and not general care. When this was again made clear I was then informed they don't provide orthodontic care at this location and would have to travel to their KM location which was information not provided when i

Zak Dental is the best!!! Everyone's very professional. The staff is very friendly, nice, fast and efficient. I love the services the dental surgeon walks you through everything that that you need along with another person to be there as well. So far I've done teeth cleaning and the dental surgeon did an amazing job! I'm going back to get more work done I trust that I'm in good hands with Zak Dental. I highly recommend Zak Dental.
