If I could give this clinic a zero, I would. The behavior I encountered were completely unprofessional. From this qack dr. Zaffar I had a virtual appointment scheduled for 3 PM yesterday and the receptionist gave me a two-hour window to receive a call from this rude doctor. When I attempted to discuss my medical history and the medications I had previously been prescribed, he dismissed me entirely. He spoke over me, rolled his eyes, and exhibited downright disrespectful behavior by disconnecting from the video abruptly. I will be filing a formal complaint with my insurance company regarding his unacceptable conduct toward patients. Best clinic in my area. I've had blood pressure issues most of my life. Dr. Zaffar has been very diligent with figuring out the root causes. They do receive a lot of phone calls. They're busy for a good reason.

Rude garbage. Don't waste your. Any professional (HIPPA) would not reply to Google reviews. And doctor turns his back on you the whole time. Nurses are rude and nasty. That comes from the top down. Good luck in your crappy clinic. I hope you're poolside stressing about your bills. Business must be bad.

To be honest the worst experience, they don’t have any idea what is customer service or even how to treat a person. The lady, brownish hair, in their 50’S, glasses. She was literally the worst person to serve or talk to. I was there for my immigration papers, she was so disrespectful, grumpy and no helpful at all. I was waiting since 8:40 to get my appt done that it was supposed to be at 9am, after and hour I was still there and she was talking and laughing with her colleagues, knowing that I was there waiting LITERALLY FOR HER.
