Dr. Sarah is an expert. She has helped me not only to recover from an injury and subsequent immobilization, but she has also taught me to improve the way I think about movement and body mechanics in general (I am a yoga instructor). Dr. Sarah is a masterful physical therapist who offers an incredible service to our community.

I've been taking fitness classes at Z-line for a couple months now and look forward to my class each week. The small class sizes allow Sarah to give personal attention to each student. I especially appreciate the fact that she educates us on how and why we should be doing the exercises. I come out of each class better-informed about my own health and physical functionality. If you are looking for a personal trainer, physical therapist, or fitness classes, Z-line is the way to go!

My son (15) has been training with Sarah in a small group session for the past 6 months and he's not only gained physical strength and mobility but the workouts have tremendously boosted his self-confidence. Very professional in that she she gives weekly assignments and keeps him accountable. Highly recommend for personal training and physical therapy for adults and teens.

Sarah is the reason I regained the quality of my life after surgery. She prepared me prior to with some strengthening of muscles that I would need and she no doubt accelerator the process of my recovery. She knows her stuff! I noticed that when one thing does not work on me, she quickly switches to use a different treatment technique. She provides manual manipulation for swelling, inflammation, stiffness and got me on track slowly with the correct protocols & exercises. She loads them onto an app on the ipad so you can play them at home so you know you are getting your form correct. She is easy to schedule your next sessions with, and provides a Super Bill so you can get reimbursed from your insurance company for some of the costs. She also goes above and beyond. I took a class at Z-line fitness which has all the latest work-out equipment you need in a spacious clinic setting with private treatment rooms also available if needed. Moreover, Sarah is very diligent at making sure her patients are using the correct techniques while fitness training to avoid injury while achieving fantastic results. She offers cash-based PT and massage services combined with fitness classes all under one roof!
