0 stars if I could! I do not recommend this place at all. When you arrive for your appointment, they require a credit/debit card to be kept on file — something that was never mentioned prior to my visit — and they will not see you without it. I initially went in for annual labs as well as some medical concerns I was experiencing. After completing the labs and tests, I was told I would receive a call within about 45 minutes if there was an infection. I never received that call. When I followed up because I was still having symptoms, I was told I needed to schedule another appointment for the same issues I had already been seen for. Amazing staff and exceptional service! Deidre went above and beyond to address all of my concerns, taking the time to listen and provide thoughtful guidance. She was not only kind and professional but also incredibly attentive throughout my visit. I really appreciated how smoothly she managed everything, including promptly scheduling my next follow up. The entire experience made me feel well cared for and valued definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for attentive and friendly service.

I absolutely loved my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, and the lobby is so cute and inviting. This was my second visit for a follow-up, and once again the quick, helpful service made the 30-minute drive completely worth it. All of my questions and concerns were answered with care, and I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful—from the reception desk and bloodwork staff to the provider and medical assistant. I truly feel cared for every time I come in.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and respected. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping their patients heal and feel their best. They take the time to listen and make sure you understand every part of your care plan. The environment is calm and clean, and you can tell they really value creating a positive atmosphere. I’ve seen real progress since starting my visits, and I’m so grateful for the support and compassion I’ve received here. Beware shady billing practices. Never going back. Staff was very nice, lets get that straight. See attached photos. Went in for routine blood work. Was charged as much as they could possibly charge. Charged $11 bucks for “brief emotional behavior assessment” and then another $39 for “annual depression screening”. Neither were requested by me, disclosed to me or even really happened. They asked one question pertaining to this on their mandatory written “questionnaire” which asked if I felt sad or depressed at all lately which I answered no. Also, stay away from the ear cleaning. They don’t do anything more than what you can do with a walmart flush system that costs $10 bucks and then charged $200 for this. I give 1 star because their staff was nice and respectful.
