Yuj Therapy

Review of physical therapy provided by Sarvaiya-Shah. The therapy provided has been excellent. The yoga related exercises, although somewhat painful and challenging, have resulted in significant improvement as to flexibility and improved posture. The therapist is demanding while simultaneously compassionate. She is also aware of doing exercises and yoga postures in a safe manner

Shweta's knowledge of PT and yoga have been perfect for treating my pain and mobility issues. I lived with pain for 8 months and thought this was the way it was going to be. I can say after just two weeks my neck, hip and low back discomfort is almost gone. She was able to diagnose and treat my issues better than any other PT I have ever used. Shweta is the best physical therapist my mom has seen. She accomplished more in two visits than others from different companies had in months of two per week visits. My mother had a series of falls last year and had not walked since until Shweta started working with her. Shweta was able to get my mom to take several steps with her walker. She also showed her several exercises that she can do on her own between visits. She has given us hope that my mom will be able to walk again. I highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy. I wish we had found her sooner. The level of care is first rate.

My experience with yoga and Yuj therapy has been wonderful , mentally and physically. My pain is much improved , as well as my balance. I feel more confident , and truly enjoy my sessions. The instructor is so knowledgeable and gentle . I highly recommend them for multiple reasons . I'm very pleased .
