Dr. Hung and his staff are professional, responsive, and technically sound at what they do. I had a tooth extraction and implant placed at this location and could not have had a better experience. At the initial consult him and his team went over all the options and possible outcomes of the extraction and plan for implant. They showed me my scans and explained what their concerns were and how they would try to mitigate them. The front office staff were consistently responsive, communicative, and were able to help me navigate insurance and scheduling issues. The actual procedure also went well, they were attentive to managing my pain. His entire staff also had excellent bedside manners. Had appointment on this day and had very bad experience with this office. Front desk was very unprofessional and rude. The person at the front desk talks down to people based on their race. All patient’s forms were requested to be filled and signed on the paper and then transcribed into computer system. Subsequently asked to check the ACCURACY(?) and re-sign those forms again. Maybe the office doesn’t mind to repeat doing the same thing again but that sure wasting people’s time and energy. As later Dr Hung got involved in the communication, he had admitted that they were technologically behind and still using the pepper folder for the last twenty some years. He is an amazing doctor. He was very patient, kind and walked me through the whole process. He is definitely a doctor I trust and recommend.
