Youthful Smiles

My kid went there with a lot of work to be done (my fault she was a breastfed baby and I didn’t take her until 4). Although a very nice office and experienced dentist, this was not the right place for a child that is nervous. The first visit to get crowns in front were amazing, my kid did great and she was a great example of a good patient. The next visit the dentist got pretty confident and tried to rush through the work. The assistant was terribly slow and did not work with my kid, didn’t get the liquid out of her mouth fast enough and they ended up holding her down, spoke very sternly to her and then those fillings ended up getting infected. After antibiotics and pulling those teeth they dropped me. They had to put in a bridge because of the space made. My kid no longer wanted to go. Th

I really liked the dentist there but I don’t like how I was under the assumption they were in network with United Concordia. I had originally called and that’s what I ask when I want to be seen in the middle of a PCS. Now I’m stuck with a bill of 420.23 for a day of service not to mention the money I already paid just for the cleaning. My daughters cleaning was a total of 241.00 in which our military insurance only covered 126.17. I wouldn’t have came here as nice as the dentist was if I would’ve known I’d pay out of pocket over 600 for a cleaning which is suppose to be covered with in network providers and a crown with nitrous. I feel led on and I’ll definitely be more careful with whom I see from now on.

Simply put, they are not very patient with kids who require extra patience and attention due to anxiety. If this describes what your kids need, don't waste your time here. At one point, the RDA's didn't want to deal with our kids and were seen trying to pass us to the presumed newer RDA. Otherwise if your kids can lay there perfectly still, it's a clean and nicely decorated office and you will probably like it there. Dr. Lange herself was good. The support staff seems like they've worked there for far too long.

An amazing dentist. They are great, the service is friendly and they make your teeth sparkle. And when they have to fill cavities or extract teeth, it is quick and painless. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is so sweet to our family. Very accommodating and understanding. Always appreciate the information they give us. We love this place!
