Great place and staff are so polite and funny!! Ms. Roberta and had great conversation and she made it more comfortable for my family and I. The Finance department does a wonderful job getting the prices reasonable. The front desk lady was wonderful as well I’m was overjoyed at the service. Prayers and blessings to each of you!!!💜🙏🏾

They are very professional and friendly. Very informative throughout the process. Made feel I was safe and had no worries. The procedure was nearl painless. Aftercare instructions were clear and precise easy to follow. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

As I was having my X-rays done, people kept coming up to the person doing them to ask questions. I said "you must be pretty important around here." She said "I'm the lead" & I can see why! Knows her stuff. The dentist was also very friendly, but straight to the point. I also spoke with Chris on the phone & in person, and despite having some issues with my insurance, he was able to get it all sorted out being kind and patient the whole way.

Exceptionally handled by staff. Since I have extreme dental needs, I was a bit skeptical and concerned about what Total Dental would be able to do. But they were sensitive to my unique condition and thorough in their professionalism. Then above all, they were honest.

In general, I never have any complaints. The only thing I’m disappointed is that I didn’t pay attention to when I paid. I payed 340$ for special cleaning which actually was just like the regular cleaning I have always gotten in the past that was free with my insurance. When I went back and asked questions, I was told it was protocol from the doctor cause they needed to clean better. Not sure if it wasn’t explained correctly or if you’re regular free with your insurance cleaning I guess you don’t get your teeth, cleaned all the way. My suggestion is get your cleaning done first and then pay don’t ever pay first before your treatment is even done.
