ook my daughter to this urgent care expecting a proper evaluation. Although the staff was polite and she was seen, I feel that the diagnosis was not accurate or thorough enough. No additional tests were performed, and we were not given a clear solution. They also did not assist us with a referral to a specialist, even though it was obvious that further evaluation was needed. What was most frustrating was being charged a significant amount without receiving meaningful help. As a parent, you expect guidance, support, and a clear plan of action—especially when it comes to your child’s health. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.

From the moment we arrived, my son was checked in and seen right away. The front desk staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and clear in their communication. I could tell they truly cared, and that alone put me at ease. The physician was phenomenal. The second she saw my son, she immediately provided medication to make him more comfortable while he was being triaged. As a parent, that meant everything. I felt seen, respected, and reassured. She didn’t just rush through the process — she listened to my son, she listened to me, and she considered every detail instead of jumping to conclusions. On top of that, she even helped me with next steps by giving me a referral for a new PCM, which I’m extremely grateful for. Overall, this urgent care went above and beyond. They worked quickly, but

I scheduled an appointment for my son an hour ahead of time. He tried cleaning his ear and pushed the qtip to far in and it cause some redness and I couldn’t tell whether he burst the eardrum or not so I just wanted him to been checked. I filled the form provided insurance information, before I could get done uploading my ID, I got call saying there wasn’t a provider to get something out of the ear, I explained there wasn’t anything in his ear, that I wanted them to just check it for me, the lady said ok. 20 minutes later I get another call stating that she spoke with the provider and they are unable to assist me with this issue. I’m under the impression that they didn’t want to see patients because I know they can check ears because they’ve done it before. I won’t be taking my kids to thi

You cannot take your last patient 30 minutes before you close if you're a walk in clinic. You'd lose insurance contracts in a heart beat if they found out. Won't ever come here again and deserve an apology.

We have had great experiences here. Most recently, I took my daughter for pink eye. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They got us back quickly, and the NP took her time examining my daughter and answering my questions. The appointment didn’t feel rushed, and we got the care we needed in a very timely manner.
