Your Eyes Image

My family and I have been going to Your Eyes Image for years and it has been ok, but my last few visits I have been very dissatisfied with the front office employees, the doctors have been good. And yesterday was pretty much it. I called in advance because my puppy had chewed my arms on my glasses and I needed a new pair, they said, “ no appointment was needed”, we even talked about me wanting the same frame and what colors were available. So it was going to be pretty fast walk in and out. They would be able to use my prescription they have on file. I drove an hour to get there and they turn me away because they were understaffed and had no one to monitor me while I looked at the frames. Had nose pads replaced on my sun glasses. Took 10min and $10. Super quick, super nice

I've gone here twice for eye exams and contacts and have been very pleased. The optometrist I saw was good about explaining everything and answering questions. In fact, after I left my last visit, I was having some trouble with a new brand of contacts. I called the office and he got on the phone right away to help me out.
