The medical assistant and the Nurse Practitioner I saw today were very professional and caring. However, you need to get past the abrasive receptionist. I made an online appointment only to find out according to the receptionist they don’t go by appointments since Tidal Health took over. She said you see all these people in the waiting room, you come after them IF you want to wait. I thanked her and said I would wait. Not a good face for the business!

We came in for care with my extremely sick 11year old daughter. However we never made it past the reception area. The lady at the desk was one of the rudest unprofessional people I have encountered in the medical field. Unfortunately people like her should not be working in a client facing environment with way she handles things, especially with her being the first point of contact between patient and practice. She has no interest in hearing what you have to say or why you’re even there. Very unprofessional and not courteous at all.

Sylvia greeted me with a face of someone who just found out that Ben & Jerry's was no longer going to be making Chunky Monkey. For someone who is in the service of serving people, she left a whole lot to be desired. I had to speak to her TWICE before she even asked me what I needed. Not a smile, nothing, just stared at me. She clearly does not enjoy her job. Kari the provider, and the nurse who checked me in, were wonderful.

The nurses and doctors here are great I bring my son here all the time. But the receptionist. Very rude, doesn’t let you finish your sentence before she’s already talking over you. She was very rude to the older man in front of me telling him to get out the way and put stuff back where he found them in a very nasty way. And when it was my turn she was extremely rude to me didn’t let me finish my sentence when she was already talking over me this would’ve been the third time I brought my son here and according to her they couldn’t see him because of his age. The other receptionist that were here all the other times were very nice to me and welcoming but this lady definitely isn’t fit for the job she has no manners on how to speak to patients. She’s an older heavy set very short hair lady. S

If I could give a lower score than 1 star I would. Stay away from this place . I wished I’d have read the reviews before I did. That place is so shady, and we’re talking about your health care. They do not explain anything even asking direct questions. They are the very most expensive. They take your information at check in and you have to sit down while waiting for them to prepare all their disclaimers and disclosures. I had to sign 5 times. I ask for copies of everything I signed, because it was all electronic signatures. You don’t get to read anything before signing. Receptionist said we don’t do that.
