Young Smiles Pediatric Dentistry - Florence

I love this practice! Patient first mentality. My daughter had her first cavity and it was a hole! They got her in first thing in the morning and the staff was so welcoming and calm. They quickly eased her nerves and made her feel safe. They were able to fix the cavity while she was able to watch Bluey and that kept her mind off of what was happening. She didn’t feel a thing and didn’t even have pain the rest of the day. Too bad they don’t take adults. :)

We love this office! Everyone is so kind and amazing with the kids! They also have it decorated so cute and inviting! Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Alex and her staff!

Dr. Young, Dr. Bathiany, and Dr. Giulia are truly outstanding at what they do. Their expertise, attention to detail, and compassion set the bar high for patient care. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and positive. As a fellow dental professional, I’m always impressed by their commitment to excellence and the kindness they show their patients. Highly recommend this amazing office!

If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, Young Smiles is a great place to go! You can take your kids as early as 6 months after their first tooth comes through or by their first birthday, which is what I did. All of the staff and Dr. Alex were so kind during my first visit with my little guy. The space is great - they have a chalk board welcoming new patients in the lobby, which is such a cute touch! And I like their policies and methods, like their lap-to-lap technique to help your children's anxiety about being there. We got a nice little goody bag at the end with baby-friendly toothbrushes and some toothpaste. I'm looking forward to their services as my little guy gets older and am confident he'll always be comfortable here!
