Young at Heart Affordable Braces

Have been going back and forth with the office manager Racine for months. When you call “she’s never in the office” and she doesn’t call back when she says she will either. Paid in full, out of pocket, for top and bottom braces. Asked to finish the top only and refund the bottom. They are refusing the refund until services are complete. Umm excuse me??? Take your payment for the top portion and refund me my money. How difficult is that request?! And why do they need to hold MY MONEY if they aren’t do the service after all. My child will be transferring services to comfort dental as this doctor lost another patient due to the incompetency of their staff. They are RUDE! They will retaliate against your child if you speak up. save yourself the trouble do not pay in full and try another offic

The assistants kept coming in and out of our room giving dirty looks. The masks that they're required to wear are under their chins. The one assistant threw her arms up and said i don't know what to tell you, we didn't shave your child's teeth that low. The braces pushed them upwards in her gums which is causing her crooked smile. Ridiculous.

The assistants are so kind and thoughtful. I’m halfway through treatment and my teeth are already looking amazing. Would definitely recommend this orthodontist and staff. ⭐️

Very welcoming setting for kids. Super fast. Very polite and comfortable for my baby Tv music and lots of pictures to look at. Stacy was super nice as well as Dr.Andrew. She had a cavity filled and didnt move a budge i highly recommended.

The lady’s up front are so nice and welcoming! The assistant that worked on my son was so gentle and sweet!
