Amazing service for Long term care. Bob, the owner, will go above and beyond to make sure assisted living facilities are up to code and their technology up to par. Billing department is on top of all insurance issues and they always have 2-3 pharmacist on staff for any questions from patients. They also offer bubble packing and strip packaging for medications with delivery at no extra cost! Dont see any other pharmacy offering the value adds that Yorba Linda Pharmacy is. Great stuff!!!

Love the customer service. They are so nice and understanding. My Grandma used them for a while. I loved how specific the bubble packs are per day, am/noon/pm. Also, I called to ask a billing question and Hasinda always got back to me or even the owner Bob who went out of his way to make sure my Grandma got her meds when I accidentally forgot to call on time for refills. Also, I didn't understand how the insurance part of billing was on my statement and Hasinda broke it down for me and made all the calls to make sure my Grandma had everything she needed. It was so fast and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you!

Ripping off the elderly. We have to use this pharmacy do to them being contracted with the assisted living home my parents reside in. To cut the amount paid to them by 2/3's. This pharmacy agreed to fill my parents prescriptions every 90 days instead of every 30 days as long as I had it approved through the primary insurance carrier. After doing so they continued to fill the prescription every 30 days for over 6 months--- each time billing after the prescriptions were filled and promising to start the 90 day schedule the next month. Each month I called and questioned them not fulfilling their promise and explained my parents being on a fixed income. Thanks for caring about a dollar more than people. John.

The individual contract by the name morrowan aka Moe foreign male adult from Egypt hired me to deliver for pharmacy. Reported him to the Police for assault. Got upset over a simple problem that he did not agree with hit me with his car door in the face . Advertise s in craigslist orange county beware

In my 12+ years of working in Senior Living I have never seen someone with better customer service! This pharmacy is terrific and Bob the owner is hands on. He will make things right!
