Yoke's Fresh Market Pharmacy - Mead

I went to the Yoke’s pharmacy on 4-22-25 to pick up a RX they said would be ready on that date. When there was told it was not ready, surprise, surprise. The pharmacist assistant told me it would be an hour before it would be ready. I was the only customer there and the pharmacist was sitting in back of the pharmacy eating her breakfast. Very unprofessional. It was all the pharmacist could do to stop eating and do her job and refill my RX. It still took them 25 minutes to fill my RX. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. I think these employees need to be reminded who they work for. Do your job and do better.!! Robert Coleman

Always friendly and they go out of their way to help

It's a great store and most of the staff are super helpful and nice, my only complaint is that you can't get 100 pieces of chicken which may sound like a lot but it was for a pot luck and they clearly had 100 pieces, the max amount that you can order is 50 without reservation (Follow if this was helpful)

I've used many different pharmacies over the years and had only recently switched to this Yokes. I was shorted by more than 60 pills and that has never happened anywhere else. The person I spoke with was nice enough and did (casually) apologize. Still, I had to stay on the phone while she verified the shortage (no offer to call me back while she counted), they offered nothing to compensate for time or fuel to cover their mistake (was requested), and it was still a few tablets less than I purchased even after they "fixed" it (because the 90 day supply was filled for less than 30 days and they'd apparently miscounted with at least one other customer). Two stars because they're always friendly but I no longer trust their ability to correctly fill my prescriptions and will be transferring to

The pharmacy staff is amazing and deserve nothing but 5 stars more like 10!! They are very friendly understanding, and go out of their way to help you. Everyone just needs to be patient with them, they have taken all the work from the bi-mart pharmacy after the closed. They are a great pharmacy staff !! 😊
