I am "over the moon happy" about the opportunity to get back into 26x2 hot yoga! The room is perfect for a really good experience. Ginny's pace and tone is just right, with the right amount of good humor and encouragement. Best part "lavender scented cool towel" after 90 mins in the heat! Thank you for making this sacred space available.

I’ve regularly attended this studio since it opened because I have been doing the “original hot yoga” for over a decade and Ginny’s place is the most convenient studio to me that still offers this style. I am in it for the Workout! Recently she added an individual, hands-on stretch session designed to loosen shoulders, neck and hips in a warm room. I highly recommend this session as a way to both soothe muscles and extend the range of joints without pain. I’ve done 2 such sessions and plan to rotate them in regularly with chiro treatments and rigorous therapeutic massage. Leaves you highly relaxed.

Ginny is awesome, her 90 minute hot yoga class is very therapeutic for my tight arms neck and shoulders, and the cold lavender towel you get at the end is heavenly.
