I started seeing Dr. Anjelica Yoder to rebuild core strength and address pelvic pain approximately 18 months postpartum. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. It was such a worthwhile investment in my wellbeing. For me it took only 5-6 sessions (plus work at home in between) to make an enormous amount of progress. I am so grateful that I found her.

I am a long-time Sarasota Occupational Therapist. I developed a knee problem that I was unable to solve myself. So, I went to see Dr. Brent. He is very thorough and took great care to really listen to my knee history and concerns. I saw him 3-4 times in total. It was money well spent. He was able to give me advice on not only helpful exercises but also movements to avoid. I highly recommend Dr. Brent!

I started with Anjelica early in pregnancy as I had some pelvic floor issues and didn’t want them to be exacerbated. She laid out a plan for me and I was able to keep working out and walking 2-3 miles several times a week right up until delivery. She came to the house to assess me about 6 weeks postpartum and alleviated any anxieties I had. She’s very sweet, perfect demeanor for this work. Highly recommend her.

When I first came to Yoder Physical Therapy & Wellness this past May, I was an absolute mess — completely disconnected from my body. But Dr. Angelica changed everything. She helped me rebuild my mind-body connection. I'm getting stronger, and finding alignment again. I can’t thank her enough for helping me regain confidence in myself.
